U.S.-based network operator Sprint is attempting to pry people away
from rival carriers. How? By enticing potential subscribers with its
latest 30-day satisfaction guarantee offer!
Sprint is so confident that people will love its service that on
Friday, it announced its 30-day satisfaction guarantee scheme. Thanks to
the promotion customers will get the cost of their device - as well as
associated service charges such as lease charges, installment billing or
early termination fee - refunded should they choose to deactivate the
line and return the tablet/smartphone/MBB if dissatisfied with the
carrier.
The Sprint guarantee offer is a limited promotion deal and is
applicable to both new customer accounts and eligible small business
customers who activate a new line with the carrier. So for any reason if
a customer is not satisfied a 100 percent, they are free to return the
device.

To avail the 30-day satisfaction guarantee from Sprint, one has to
activate a line from either a preferred retailer or a Sprint store.
Alternately, one can call 1-800-SPRINT1 or head to the carrier's online
store to avail the offer.
Existing customer of Sprint can also avail the 3-day satisfaction
guarantee offer when they add a new line. This can be done at a brick
and mortar Sprint store, the carrier's website or by dialing
1-800-SPRINT1.
For those wondering who will pay for the carrier switching costs a
prospective consumer will incur, Sprint has you covered. The network
operator will offer the prospective buyer up to $650 to cover the
switching cost from a rival carrier.
While Sprint will reimburse the customer who withdraws from the offer
for the down payment, price, MRC, activation fee, device purchase and
associated fees and taxes, it will not refund third-party billing
charges, international charges and premium content, as well as
associated taxes and Sprint surcharges that are incurred.
